Support Learning Manager

📋 Description

• Conduct learning needs analysis to identify gaps and KPIs.
• Design, develop, and implement learning solutions with SMEs.
• Develop instructor-led and e-learning using Articulate 360.
• Review learner data to guide actions in Quality & Learning Ops.
• Build relationships with SMEs and leaders to align learning with goals.
• Facilitate Train the Trainer (T3) events; travel may be required.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Learning & Development, Education, or Instructional Design.
• 3+ years in L&D, Quality, Knowledge Management, or Support.
• Experience with ADDIE, adult learning theory, and instructional design methods.
• Proficient with Articulate Rise and Articulate 360.
• PM/Program mgmt with global cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze learning metrics.
