  • Own escalated L1 issues: investigate, reproduce, resolve before escalation.
  • Debug hard problems: read logs, trace execution, reproduce locally.
  • Write clear Linear tickets with repro steps and impact.
  • Communicate with users throughout investigations.
  • Spot patterns across tickets and raise product signals.
  • Contribute to internal debugging tooling and APIs.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing technical role (support/solutions).
  • 2–4 years software engineering; TS or Golang preferred.
  • SQL experience and strong debugging instincts.
  • Outstanding written communication.
  • Deep empathy for developers.
  • You find broken things interesting.
