  • Serve as primary SSO and SCIM onboarding contact for customers.
  • Resolve Zendesk-ticket issues and live sessions.
  • Escalate enterprise SSO/SCIM issues via CS and Support.
  • Troubleshoot access and provisioning across three layers.
  • Coordinate with IT admins to gather info and drive resolution.
  • Lead live troubleshooting sessions during US business hours.

  • 2-4 years in a technical support or integration role.
  • Deep IAM fundamentals: SAML end-to-end and SCIM lifecycle.
  • Systems thinking and debugging across multiple systems.
  • API literacy: REST APIs; Postman or curl.
  • RBAC and permissions modeling know-how.
  • REQUIRED CANDIDATE LOCATION: BELGRADE, SERBIA.
