🎯 Requirements
- 1-3 years of technical customer-facing experience (SaaS preferred)
- 1-3 years of Salesforce experience and certifications such as ADM-201
- Love solving puzzles, troubleshooting, and learning something new every day
- Experience with a ticketing system (Jira and Service Cloud)
- Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication and cross-functional collaboration
