📋 Description

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of ClickHouse issues for Alibaba Cloud accounts in China.
• Triage, classify, and track cases; feed patterns into KB/runbooks.
• Diagnose/resolve SQL, performance, replication, ingestion, and cluster issues.
• Advise on ClickHouse best practices, capacity planning, and cloud configuration tuning.
• Escalate complex issues to Core/Cloud Engineering while remaining the single contact.
• Partner with China Engineering Manager to define SLAs and on-call rotations.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in technical support, DBA, SRE, or database engineering for enterprise customers.
• Experience with Alibaba Cloud and collaborating on customer POCs.
• Technical breadth in ClickHouse or similar, OLAP, distributed systems, Linux/Unix, Kubernetes.
• Production experience operating ClickHouse or SQL databases; ability to write/optimize complex SQL.
• Solid Linux fundamentals; debugging production systems: logs, metrics, network, storage, and perf.
• Knowledge of distributed DB internals (replication, sharding, consistency) and running at scale.
