Act as a technical leader in the Operations Support team.
Receive and work escalations from Support Team and resolve within SLAs.
Support Premier level customers per procedures and priorities.
Resolve complex issues in network routing, security, virtualization, storage, and DR.
Collaborate with Platform Engineers for advanced troubleshooting and RCA.
Engage with Operations Leaders to improve processes and productivity.

🎯 Requirements

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in technology, tools, and processes.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong experience with Cisco routers and switches.
VMware Private Cloud virtualization experience.
