  • Own problems through resolution using all available resources.

  • Handle customer queries and escalations with meticulous case management and documentation.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience as a Support Engineer (or similar).
  • BS/BA degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of databases, Kibana, Grafana, OpenSearch, and scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with blockchain explorers (Etherscan, Solscan) and on-chain data.
  • Strong familiarity with blockchain, wallets, DeFi protocols, and centralized exchanges.
  • Comfortable reading and understanding JSON, CSVs, and logs.
