Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide white-glove IT support for executives and VIPs.
• Proactively assist during patches, major rollouts, and events.
• Support executive travel and on-site needs for conferences.
• Maintain office hardware, including VTC, printers, and setups.
• Track incidents and perform root-cause analysis for fixes.
• Install and maintain Windows and Mac workstations; automate tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in desktop or help desk support.
• On-call rotation availability; travel up to 30%.
• Deep knowledge of Windows, macOS, and networking basics.
• Hands-on with LLMs and AI agents for IT workflows.
• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and O365 admin.
