- Proficiency in SQL - independently write and execute queries for troubleshooting and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and debugging skills; read application logs and stack traces to identify root causes.
- Excellent written and spoken English for enterprise customers.
- End-to-end ownership of customer cases from intake through resolution.
- Ability to replicate reported issues and document bugs/enhancement requests for engineering.
- Experience with JIRA or Salesforce is a plus, but can be learned on the job.
