πŸ“‹ Description

  • Act as first line of support for technical issues via tickets, Slack, or CSMs.
  • Work with customers to integrate Northbeam into their ecommerce/analytics stack.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues by analyzing customer implementations, incl. Pixels/Orders APIs.
  • Own data quality end-to-end; coordinate with teams and customers to resolve.
  • Escalate complex issues to Engineering with context and repro details.
  • Improve external docs for smoother onboarding and self-serve workflows.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or related experience preferred, but not required
  • 2+ years software or support engineering experience
  • Proficient with SQL queries, JavaScript, and HTML basics
  • 2+ years working directly with customers in technical roles
  • Experience with admin tooling (Retool, ActiveAdmin, Django Admin)
  • Nice to have: Python; data analytics tools; API knowledge
