- Act as first line of support for technical issues via tickets, Slack, or CSMs.
- Work with customers to integrate Northbeam into their ecommerce/analytics stack.
- Diagnose and resolve issues by analyzing customer implementations, incl. Pixels/Orders APIs.
- Own data quality end-to-end; coordinate with teams and customers to resolve.
- Escalate complex issues to Engineering with context and repro details.
- Improve external docs for smoother onboarding and self-serve workflows.
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or related experience preferred, but not required
- 2+ years software or support engineering experience
- Proficient with SQL queries, JavaScript, and HTML basics
- 2+ years working directly with customers in technical roles
- Experience with admin tooling (Retool, ActiveAdmin, Django Admin)
- Nice to have: Python; data analytics tools; API knowledge
