Act as a technical leader in Operations Support.
Handle escalations from Support and resolve within SLAs.
Address Premier level customer needs per procedures and priorities.
Resolve complex issues in routing, security and firewall, virtualization, storage, and DR.
Collaborate with Platform Engineers for advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Provide after-hours on-call support to maintain service availability.

🎯 Requirements

5 years cross-platform support; 3+ years in cloud/MSP.
Bachelor's in CS/IT or equivalent.
Strong Cisco routers and switches.
Linux/Unix and Windows OS knowledge.
Familiar with Ansible and Terraform.
Backup/DR experience with Veeam, Commvault, Zerto, VCDA.
