Act as a technical leader within the Operations Support team
Receive and resolve escalations from Support team within SLAs
Support Premier level customers following procedures and priorities
Solve complex issues in routing, security, virtualization, storage, and DR
Collaborate with Platform Engineers for advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis
Engage with Operations Leaders to improve processes and productivity

🎯 Requirements

5+ years cross‑platform support with 3+ years in a Cloud MSP
Strong experience with Cisco routers and switches
Basic understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows
Familiarity with cloud orchestration/automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
Backup/DR with Veeam, Commvault, Zerto, VCDA
Extensive VMware private cloud virtualization experience
