  • Master Fieldwire; answer inquiries in French and English
  • Triage and troubleshoot account management and support issues; report bugs and feature requests
  • Update knowledgebase, setup guides, and videos in French
  • Deliver admin and end user trainings onboarding new customers in French
  • Execute back-office tasks: configure contracts, set up accounts, subscription orders
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects with product, engineering, marketing, sales

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 1-2 years in Customer Support/Success or related roles (SaaS preferred)
  • Fluent in French; English for training/internal comms
  • Strong time management; comfortable on a remote team
  • Owner mentality; can-do attitude; creative problem solver
  • Positive, empathetic, patient with customer issues
  • Nice-to-have: Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira/Confluence
