- Contribute to cross-functional projects with product, engineering, marketing, sales
๐ฏ Requirements
- 1-2 years in Customer Support/Success or related roles (SaaS preferred)
- Fluent in French; English for training/internal comms
- Strong time management; comfortable on a remote team
- Owner mentality; can-do attitude; creative problem solver
- Positive, empathetic, patient with customer issues
- Nice-to-have: Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira/Confluence
