Gather requirements and deliver analytics dashboards via Salesforce/PowerBI/Sisense/Snowflake/AWS.
Collaborate with leadership to improve customer experience and delivery.
Automate reports and processes to reduce manual tasks.
Translate designs into executable delivery plans and milestones.
Hybrid Lehi schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
Surface new data insights and contribute to Avetta’s data literacy.

🎯 Requirements

Experience with BI/reporting tools (PowerBI, Business Objects, etc.)
Experience with SFDC, Connect, Excel, PowerPoint, and related systems
Knowledge of statistics; experience with SPSS/SAS, etc.
SQL-based relational databases and programming (Java, Python, R, ETL)
Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
Passionate about data storytelling and delivering insights
