- ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise knowledge.
- Experience communicating with GIS/IT customers with varying aptitude.
- IT frameworks: security, networking, install, configuration, performance.
- SAML experience (ADFS, Google Workspace, Okta, Shibboleth).
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, Java, C++, Swift, Kotlin, or JavaScript.
