🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years professional customer service experience
  • Ability to learn ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, and ArcGIS Enterprise
  • Communicate with customers with varying GIS/IT aptitudes
  • Knowledge of IT frameworks including security, networking, installation, and performance
  • Demonstrated experience with SAML/identity providers (ADFS, Google Workspace, Okta, Shibboleth)
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain US Security Clearance
