📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional customer service experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to learn ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise in context.
  • Experience communicating with customers with varying technical aptitudes in GIS/IT.
  • Knowledge of IT frameworks: security, networking, installation, configuration, and performance.
  • Experience with SAML (ADFS, Google Workspace, Okta, and Shibboleth).
  • Self-motivated, proactive problem solver, team oriented, and creative.
  • Bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, GIS, IT, environmental science, or related STEM.
