📋 Description

  • First point of contact for customers; handle inquiries and guide on AutogenAI.
  • Provide product support via email, webform, phone and live chat.
  • Categorise and prioritise inquiries; escalate complex issues.
  • Document solutions; update knowledge base to help self-serve.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering and other teams.
  • Maintain SLAs and KPIs; keep requestors updated on status.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer support, SaaS/tech experience preferred.
  • Familiar with SaaS products, startups and B2B support.
  • Technical aptitude with Zendesk, Slack, Datadog and Linear.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Overlap US time zones; standard 10am-7pm UK time, Mon-Fri.
