🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years in customer support, SaaS/tech experience preferred.
- Familiar with SaaS products, startups and B2B support.
- Technical aptitude with Zendesk, Slack, Datadog and Linear.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Overlap US time zones; standard 10am-7pm UK time, Mon-Fri.
