🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years in supply or production planning, preferably fashion/apparel/consumer goods.
- Proficient in planning software (SAP, Oracle, JDA, Anaplan) and Excel.
- Experience with ERP and PLM systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with seasonal changes and tight timelines.
