- Data entry and follow-up experience (Excel, Google Sheets, internal tools)
- Experience in fashion environment, preferably with returns
- Experience working with 3PL is a plus
- Focused, rigorous with excellent organisational skills
- Professional, reliable with calm under pressure in difficult situations
