Supply Customer Engineer

📋 Description

• Onboard new SDK partners on the Supply team; address issues during integration.
• Be the technical point of contact for partner's technical and monetization teams.
• Work with client leads to ensure the SDK integration goes smoothly.
• Provide guidance on technical risks during SDK testing and integration.
• Manage a diverse scope of technical issues across multiple client engagements.
• Escalate with the SDK development team to confirm solutions or options.

🎯 Requirements

• Client-facing technical experience (developer or consultant).
• Knowledge of the ad tech landscape is highly regarded.
• Experience with SDK integrations in mobile apps.
• Strong troubleshooting and onboarding issue resolution.
• Ability to understand how coding works (no coding needed).
• Excellent communication, time management, and learning agility.
