Manage end-to-end RMA operations across Sophtrac, warehouse, courier; dispatch docs, tracking.
Stakeholder communication: emails, escalations, SLA adherence, documentation.

🎯 Requirements

1+ years of work experience in Supply Chain
Hands-on SAP, Salesforce, warehouse and courier portals; strong coordination and communication
Problem-solving, high accuracy in high-volume ops, Excel-based reporting and data tracking
Excellent written and verbal English communication
