Supply Chain Planning & Allocation Analyst (Private Label)

📋 Description

• Own item-level forecasting, purchasing, and inventory planning
• Analyze KPIs: in-stock, weeks of supply, turns, damage & expiration
• Develop and execute inventory strategies: min orders, lead times, safety stock
• Partner with Merchandising on new item launches, reformulations, assortment optimization
• Monitor vendor performance; flag supply risks and delays
• Stay updated on inventory best practices in e-commerce and last-mile delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1–2 years in supply chain planning, allocation, or inventory management (private label a plus)
• Strong analytical mindset; turn data into actionable insights
• High ownership with urgency in decision-making
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excel proficient; planning systems, dashboards, or data querying a plus
• Clear, cross-functional communicator with external partners
