- Establish inventory targets; review line balances; align demand signals and allocations.
- Identify and mitigate supply risks; build a supply plan meeting quality and deadlines.

- Coordinate with Eng/Production/QA to manage changes and reduce obsolescence.
- Proactively manage inventory to prevent stockouts and optimize working capital.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's with 1+ years in engineering/purchasing/production planning, or 3+ years w/o degree.
- Experience with ERP systems and purchasing/planning functions.
- SQL experience.
- PowerBI experience.
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables/macros) and data analysis.
- Willing to travel up to 10% (intl) and onsite in Hawthorne, CA.
