Coordinate logistics, production schedules, and raw material tracking across multiple locations
Support inventory, order processing, and vendor communications
Collaborate with overseas partners in Taiwan, China, and the Philippines
Manage Excel-based reporting for KPIs, orders, and stock levels
Assist with customer min-max programs and delivery scheduling
Coordinate with couriers to ensure timely delivery

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations coordination
Strong English communication skills (Chinese proficiency is a plus)
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficient in Excel and experience with inventory or ERP systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working US business hours
