Own motor/gearbox supply chain across lifecycle (NPI → ramp → production → sustaining)
Manage precision machining and bearing suppliers (shafts, rings, carriers)
Manage gear suppliers (spur, helical, planetary; heat treat and grinding)
Oversee injection molded suppliers (tooling readiness, DFM, PPAP validation)
Lead supplier recovery plans for long-lead components
Escalate quality issues post-release; drive root-cause closure (8D, PFMEA)

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations
5+ years in hardware supply chains (electromechanical preferred)
Strong ERP/MRP and analytical skills
Experience with precision machining, GD&T, tolerances
Experience owning end-to-end material readiness for complex assemblies
Ability to drive execution in fast-paced, regulated environments
