Own end-to-end battery supply chain from concept to production.
Manage day-to-day supplier execution from PO release to delivery.
Ensure on-time quality, cost, and delivery targets for all battery components.
Drive risk mitigation, recovery actions, and material availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Procurement, Planning, Eng, Manufacturing, Quality.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Operations.
5+ years in Supply Chain, Sourcing, or Operations for hardware products.
End-to-end material readiness for complex systems.
Strong understanding of supplier processes, lead times, and costs.
Experience with BOMs, engineering releases, cross-functional teams.
Analytical skills using ERP/MRP and data visualization.

🎁 Benefits

Base pay range: $130,800 - $179,900.
