📋 Description

• Develop a work plan with concrete objectives and timelines to link cashew actors in Guinea-Bissau.
• Analyze market trends; identify new opportunities for organic and conventional cashew value chains.
• Engage stakeholders; develop partnerships with processors, producer organizations, and buyers.
• Coordinate with BDSPs; onboard them and implement job-creation strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare reports to share results with stakeholders.
• Lead administrative tasks, travel authorizations, and expense reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Agribusiness, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in agricultural supply chains; cashew preferred.
• Experience in cashew processing and sourcing.
• Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and market access for cashew.
• Analytical skills; ability to interpret market trends and production data.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; structured presentations.
