🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (EE/ME/materials/hardware/physics)
- 1+ years PCBA manufacturing or SMT experience
- 1+ years in manufacturing, reliability, or design engineering
- Knowledge of supplier quality processes (PPAP, APQP, FAI)
- Knowledge of Six Sigma and statistical techniques
- Experience with quality systems (ISO 9000/TS/AS9100/NADCAP)
