Managing daily inbound/outbound flow and onboarding for courier partners and fleet.
Driving warehouse and Last Mile process improvements; update SOP and IOP.
Maintaining courier onboarding sites in WooCommerce front/backends; updates and fixes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure onboarding requirements compliance and gear updates.

🎯 Requirements

Supply chain experience for 3–4 years
Experience with 3PL partners, transport, and warehouse ops in fast pace
Fluent in English
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and problem solving
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Tech-savvy; able to learn and adapt to new system tools
