🎯 Requirements

- Change management certification required (Prosci/ADKAR, CCMP, or equivalent).
- Experience running end-to-end projects with scope, timelines, resources, and stakeholder alignment.
- ERP systems experience (NetSuite, SAP) and CRM platforms (Salesforce) in change or training.
- Hands-on with Jira, Asana, Smartsheet for planning and tracking.
- Strong communication and ability to influence without authority.
