Refine the Supply Chain Operating System.
Design core supply chain processes: requisition to PO, onboarding, receiving, inventory.
Build scalable, traceable workflows; speed with compliance.
Improve supplier sourcing and procurement for rapid prototyping.
Configure ERP/MRP; create PO and supplier data workflows.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Eng, Manufacturing, Finance, and PM.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations.
Experience building or improving business processes in fast-paced environments.
Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
Lean / Six Sigma experience.
Familiarity with DFARS, ITAR, AS9100 environments.
