Supply Chain and Procurement Manager

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end supply chain for PACE, including procurement, storage, and distribution.
• Ensure timely, cost-effective procurement and distribution while maintaining compliance.
• Collaborate with clinical, financial, and ops teams to boost efficiency and cut costs.
• Lead, train, and develop supply chain and materials management processes.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and GPOs; liaise with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor supplier performance, pricing, SLAs; identify cost-saving opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in supply chain or materials mgmt; healthcare preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Admin, Healthcare Admin, or related.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare supply chain processes and best practices.
• ERP systems, inventory management software, and MS Excel proficiency.
• Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
