Supply Buyer (customer service, materials buy, inventory & capacity)

📋 Description

• Develop and coordinate production plans to support HD manufacturing while minimizing inventories and costs.
• Collaborate with Supply/Production Planners on inventory targets and safety stock.
• Support the S&OE process with timely production plans and material needs.
• Collaborate on the monthly Supply Reviews with planners.
• Recommend capacity changes and timing; advise on production and distribution impacts.
• Maintain effective communications with team leaders and stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• 2+ years in logistics, operations/manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain and interdependencies.
• Analytical mindset with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Project management and adaptability.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• SAP/IBP knowledge.
• Six Sigma/Process Excellence experience.
