📋 Description

  • Define and own acquisition strategy for each EMEA market in partnership with the Regional Director and cross-functional teams.
  • Deploy the strategy across all channels—FTE, external vendors, paid marketing, and organic efforts.
  • Lead and manage a team of 5–6 FTE acquisition specialists across key EMEA countries and markets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional acquisition efforts with Account Management, Marketing, and Operations for a cohesive supply growth approach.
  • Monitor, review, and analyze acquisition performance; identify gaps and take corrective actions.
  • Report progress and insights to the Regional EMEA Director with data-driven recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in acquisition, business development, sales, or growth.
  • Proven multi-market acquisition/growth strategy across geographies.
  • 5+ years of people management, distributed/remote teams.
  • Experience with external vendors or outsourced teams.
  • Familiarity with paid marketing and organic growth channels.
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or marketplace industries.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus for the EMEA scope.
