- Define and own acquisition strategy for each EMEA market in partnership with the Regional Director and cross-functional teams.
- Deploy the strategy across all channels—FTE, external vendors, paid marketing, and organic efforts.
- Lead and manage a team of 5–6 FTE acquisition specialists across key EMEA countries and markets.
- Coordinate cross-functional acquisition efforts with Account Management, Marketing, and Operations for a cohesive supply growth approach.
- Monitor, review, and analyze acquisition performance; identify gaps and take corrective actions.
- Report progress and insights to the Regional EMEA Director with data-driven recommendations.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in acquisition, business development, sales, or growth.
- Proven multi-market acquisition/growth strategy across geographies.
- 5+ years of people management, distributed/remote teams.
- Experience with external vendors or outsourced teams.
- Familiarity with paid marketing and organic growth channels.
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or marketplace industries.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus for the EMEA scope.
