- 10+ years in acquisition, business development, sales, or growth roles
- Proven track record designing multi-market growth strategies (EMEA preferred)
- 5+ years of people management, leading distributed/remote teams
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to scale acquisition engines
- Excellent negotiation skills with vendors, partners, and leaders
- Cross-functional coordination and strategic thinking to translate goals into plans
