  • Proven multi-market acquisition or growth strategy experience, especially in EMEA.
  • 5+ years managing distributed or remote teams across countries and cultures.
  • Strong analytical mindset; able to build dashboards and data-driven insights.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, account management, and vendors.
  • Desirable: experience in travel, hospitality, or marketplace industries.
