Support supplier risk & compliance framework; assess financial, operational, and compliance risks.
Partner with Trust & Safety, Legal, Privacy, and Finance for due diligence and contract compliance.
Implement and govern procurement tools (ZIP / Source-to-Pay) with workflows.
Review and manage vendor contracts (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs), ensuring continuity and policy compliance.
Support reporting and continuous improvement of procurement and supplier governance.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of procurement experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Experience reviewing vendor contracts (MSAs, SOWs, NDAs).
