📋 Description

  • Own a portfolio of high-value suppliers through onboarding, adoption, and renewal.
  • Deliver proactive, data-driven outreach based on health scores and risk triggers.
  • Forecast renewals using best/worst/likely scenarios; track risks.
  • Lead renewal conversations with empathy and commercial acumen.
  • Support cross-sell and upsell by aligning supplier needs with product value.
  • Coordinate with Support, Billing, and Onboarding to remove friction.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–6 years in customer success, account management, renewals, or supplier relations.
  • Proven track record managing a book with retention or revenue impact.
  • Strong communication, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and lifecycle platforms (ChurnZero, Gainsight, HubSpot).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • B2B SaaS or compliance-driven experience preferred.
