📋 Description

  • Manage a defined portfolio of suppliers through onboarding to renewal
  • Deliver proactive, data-driven outreach on health scores and lifecycle milestones
  • Forecast renewals using best/worst/likely models and document risks
  • Lead renewal and objection-handling conversations with empathy
  • Support cross-sell and upsell by aligning supplier needs with product value
  • Own escalation recovery and coordinate with Support, Billing, and Onboarding

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–6 years in customer success, renewals, or supplier relationships (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Proven track record managing a book of business with measurable retention
  • Strong communication, objection handling, and commercial negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and lifecycle platforms (ChurnZero, Gainsight, HubSpot) with forecasting
  • Bachelor’s degree in business/communications or equivalent
