📋 Description

  • Manage a portfolio of suppliers through onboarding, renewal, reactivation
  • Deliver data-driven outreach using health scores, risk signals, milestones
  • Forecast renewals with best/worst/likely models; document risks
  • Lead renewals and objection handling with empathy and commercial focus
  • Support cross-sell and upsell by aligning needs with product value

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–6 years in customer success, account mgmt, renewals, or supplier relations
  • Proven track record managing a book of business with retention impact
  • Strong communication, objection handling, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and lifecycle platforms (ChurnZero, Gainsight, HubSpot)
  • Forecasting and data-driven decision making
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field
