  • 3-6 years in customer success, account management, or supplier relations (B2B SaaS preferred).
  • Proven track record managing a book with measurable retention or revenue impact.
  • Strong communication, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and lifecycle platforms (ChurnZero, Gainsight, HubSpot) with forecasting accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field (or equivalent).
