🎯 Requirements
- 3-6 years in CS, account management, or renewals (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Proven track record managing a book of business with retention or revenue impact
- Strong communication, objection handling, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce and lifecycle platforms (ChurnZero, Gainsight, HubSpot)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field
