📋 Description

  • Own a defined supplier portfolio from onboarding to renewal.
  • Deliver proactive, data-driven outreach using health signals and milestones.
  • Forecast renewals with best/worst/likely models and document risks.
  • Lead renewal and objection handling with empathy and commercial acumen.
  • Support cross-sell and upsell by aligning supplier needs with product value.
  • Coordinate with Support, Billing, and Onboarding to remove friction.
  • Interpret usage data and campaign performance to optimize retention.
  • Partner with product, billing, and operations to improve supplier experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-6 years in CS, account management, or renewals (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Proven track record managing a book of business with retention or revenue impact
  • Strong communication, objection handling, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and lifecycle platforms (ChurnZero, Gainsight, HubSpot)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field
