📋 Description

  • Serve as SME across Avetta platforms (Connect and Salesforce)
  • Resolve advanced supplier inquiries on billing, compliance, audit, onboarding
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline cross-functional processes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform changes and compliance requirements
  • Support onboarding and training of new RTW reps, including mentoring
  • Track performance metrics (CSAT, service levels, KPIs)

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluency in French and English is required
  • 3-5 years in supplier support, customer service, or compliance ops, SaaS or risk mgmt preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer support and document review workflows
  • Case management, country-specific audits, supplier engagement certifications via training
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Experience mentoring or training peers is a plus
