- Serve as SME across Avetta platforms (Connect and Salesforce)
- Resolve advanced supplier inquiries on billing, compliance, audit, onboarding
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline cross-functional processes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform changes and compliance requirements
- Support onboarding and training of new RTW reps, including mentoring
- Track performance metrics (CSAT, service levels, KPIs)
🎯 Requirements
- Fluency in French and English is required
- 3-5 years in supplier support, customer service, or compliance ops, SaaS or risk mgmt preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in customer support and document review workflows
- Case management, country-specific audits, supplier engagement certifications via training
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Experience mentoring or training peers is a plus
