- Fluency in Polish and English is required.
- 3-5 years of supplier support, customer service, or compliance operations.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer support and document review workflows.
- Certifications in skill-based routing and microlearning (Case Management, Audits, Supplier Engagement).
- Strong communication and ability to manage multiple priorities; reliable attendance.
- Experience mentoring or training peers is a plus.
