  • Demonstrated expertise in customer support and document review workflows.
  • Certifications in skill-based routing and microlearning (Case Management, Audits, Supplier Engagement).
  • Strong communication and ability to manage multiple priorities; reliable attendance.
  • Experience mentoring or training peers is a plus.
