  • Support onboarding and training of new reps, including mentoring.
  • Participate in special projects, process improvements, and pilot programs.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years in supplier support, customer service, or compliance (SaaS/risk).
  • Proven expertise in customer support and document review workflows.
  • Certification in skill-based routing and microlearning (Case Mgmt, Country Audits, Supplier Engmt).
  • Strong communication and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Mentoring or training peers is a plus.
  • Reliable, predictive attendance.
