🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, or quality OR a bachelor’s degree
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain
- Strong written and verbal communication; cross-functional liaison
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical requirements
- Experience reading engineering drawings including GD&T
- Experience with AS9100 or similar quality management system
- Knowledge of supplier quality processes (First Article Inspection Reports, supplier approvals)
