- Identify reliable suppliers in Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Greater Bay Area
- Manage samples, quotes, lead times, MOQs, and supplier comparisons
- Support BOM creation, cost-down, and DFM feedback
- Visit factories and suppliers as needed
- Coordinate between suppliers and engineering teams
- Set up basic quality control for prototypes and early production
- Identify counterfeit, reliability, certification, and supply-chain risks
- Support packaging, shipping, logistics, inspection, and spare-parts planning
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in supplier sourcing, supplier quality, electronics manufacturing, or supply chain.
- Direct experience with electronics, PCBA, edge devices, sensors, enclosures, or hardware assemblies.
- Strong supplier network in Shenzhen/Hong Kong/Greater Bay Area.
- Mandarin Chinese fluency; professional English required.
- Ability to inspect samples, compare suppliers, and communicate risks.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
