🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Thermal/ Electrical or related field.
- 5+ years of supplier quality engineering in Taiwan hardware manufacturing.
- Experience with Taiwan-based ODMs.
- APQP and PPAP leadership for electromechanical/thermal assemblies.
- ISO 9001 and/or IATF 16949 audits.
- SPC, Cpk/Ppk, and MSA/Gage R&R using Minitab.
- DFMEA/PFMEA, Control Plans, and CAPA documentation.
- 8D and DMAIC problem solving; Mandarin and English communication.
