Supplier Management: Onsite oversight of overseas team; mentor staff
Product Development: Lead SQE on product teams through design to manufacturing
Process Verification/Validation: Advise on statistics, test equipment, and IQ/OQ
Production Support: Develop inspection procedures; monitor supplier quality issues
Auditing: Lead risk-based audit plans; conduct GMP/ISO audits and follow-ups

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
3–6 years in Quality Engineering or auditing; automotive preferred.
ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO/IEC 17025, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, 8D.
Gage R&R, capability studies, GD&T, blueprints, engineering specs.
Auditing, process validation, metrology, and inspection skills.
Excellent English communication; multilingual preferred; travel up to 60%.
